When you contact an office

This site has no submission form or applicant database. Email and phone links open your chosen communication service. If you contact WCPI or the shared office, the receiving team may use your contact details and message to respond, maintain relevant business records, comply with legal duties, and protect rights. Shared-office emails go to American Realty & Construction; apartment emails go to the property leasing team. Do not send financial account details, identity documents, or rental application materials through an ordinary website inquiry.
